Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty describes the specific situations where Mirthpost may provide a remedy. This warranty is limited and does not create any broader or longer coverage than what is stated here.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) / delivery issues (48-hour claim window)
If your item arrives damaged, defective on arrival, or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and the item(s).

What we may do
After reviewing the claim, we may, as appropriate and depending on the situation:

  • Arrange a replacement shipment (or replacement parts) when available, or

  • Offer a return and refund through the original payment method, or

  • Provide another reasonable solution based on the issue confirmed

What is not covered
This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Requests made after the 48-hour DOA claim window for arrival-related issues

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or modification

  • Final Sale items and custom-made/customized products (unless arrival-related issues are reported within 48 hours)

How to file a warranty/DOA claim
