Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States only.

How much is shipping?
Orders $100 and above ship free. Orders under $100 have a flat $10 shipping fee.

What is your order cutoff time?
5:00 pm (Central Standard Time, CST). Orders placed after the cutoff are treated as received the next business day.

How long does processing take?
Processing time is 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).

How long does delivery take after shipment?
Typical transit time after shipment is 3–5 business days. Transit time depends on carrier operations and destination.

Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers.

Will I get a tracking number?
When available, tracking information is provided after shipment. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier.

Do you charge tax at checkout?
No. Product prices include tax, and checkout does not add extra tax.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard.

What is your return window?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility and non-returnable items.

Who pays for return shipping?
For non-quality returns, the buyer pays return shipping. For quality issues, wrong item, or damage, the seller covers return shipping or handles it case-by-case after review.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging, shipping label, and item(s).

Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment: you may request cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on order status. After shipment: orders cannot be canceled; if eligible, use the return process.
